位置有点尴尬，离城镇大概3公里，但要么打车要么步行，出行不是很方便；有自己专属海滩看日落角度不错，海水的颜色和透明度也算是不错；房间挺宽敞，硬件维护也还不错；服务很亲切，但对于会员权益这一块儿感觉不是特别清晰，不同部门的说辞不一样；早餐无功无过。

This was our first family holiday with our 3month old baby and we were looking for a place to come annually. The hotel physically is nice with good facilities and great staff, however it lacked basic management skills and which was quite chaotic. Our first three nights we did not have hot water and had to bathe our newborn in the sink using boiled kettle water because the cold shower was making him scream. They did not provide any temporary solutions so I went to another hotel to book a hamman. During our stay the hotel decided to do maintenance work on the grounds trimming the palm trees, so for another 2 of our days from 11-4pm (majority of the day) there was a big crane and chainsaw roaring across the grounds whilst we were at the pool and the beach attempting to relax. (It was like sunbathing on a building site). If hotel management told us of these maintenance works, we would have simply gone to another beach and enjoyed our day. I even asked reception if there would be more continued works and they advised me it should have stopped, but it continued the following day. (Again easily avoidable with communication from management). The staff are attentive and very kind. For a 5 star resort I think basic amenities like hot water and communication from management should be the standard. However pre-check in they did a wonderful job in asking whether it was a special occasion and provided a little cake on arrival which was much appreciated! This could have easily been rectified with early communication or a complementary meal to apologise for the inconvenience. Any small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated at the time.

I liked the hotel's location, the sea and beach were beautiful. The hotel was calm, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Lovely hotel, good sized hotel. However the food in the Italian restaurant was overpriced.
