Not the most comfortable experience at first. Strangest interaction with the bellboy at the check-in, who took my luggage but then pointedly ignored my request to deliver it to the room. Breakfast service could be much better. Nevertheless, the stay was fully saved by Alexei (the hotel manager?) who recognised me as a long-time repeater and offered late checkout for free. Thus, remaining your loyal guest.

Well located

employees quite helpful. The Gym was very well equipped. I wished that it would open at 6.30 am to give us the possibility to use the gym and then be on time for our meetings

Amazing stay

Great hotel with amazing view on Moscow (by night). Service is high level, fantastic breakfast, very nice spa zone with a very functional gym. Rooms are great with all the comfort needed in a luxury property. Highly recommend.
