位置有点尴尬，离城镇大概3公里，但要么打车要么步行，出行不是很方便；有自己专属海滩看日落角度不错，海水的颜色和透明度也算是不错；房间挺宽敞，硬件维护也还不错；服务很亲切，但对于会员权益这一块儿感觉不是特别清晰，不同部门的说辞不一样；早餐无功无过。

The hotel and property has a nice aesthetic, but the overall experience and service was below average. The room was nice, but the food was not tasty. Breakfast fee is too expensive, and the dinner and coffee menu prices were much higher than expected. The restaurants in town were much better priced, quality food, and good variety. The spa services and staff were disappointing. Workers should not have their phones with them in the massage rooms for privacy reasons - use a watch to keep track of time instead. They are also rude and do not speak English or Turkish very well to tell instructions to clients. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel stay.

I arrived at Swissotel with high expectations based on the hotel brand. The service personal was great. They were always nice, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stuffed. But the rest was not what I expected: 1) We stayed late September early October. It was very obvious that they were preparing to close the hotel. The setup of the breakfast and offerings showed this very clearly. They did not have gluten free bread on the display. When I asked, they took it from the freezer and heated it. It was obviously stale. 2) There were no special kind fresh juices 3) There was no prepared oat meal. It was done when I asked for it. (Big thank you to the chefs) 4) We had lunch the they we arrived at the a la cart restaurant. The food quality was well below the brand suggests. We never tried again. It was disappointing because the main reason I chose Swissotel was expected quality of food. Once you take it out, the price cannot be justified. 5) The cafe was closed and beach bar was just tea and coffee.
