Swissotel Challenge

"Swissotel Challenge" 计划是 "Trajectories at Swissotel" 三层级发展周期的第一个层级。它包括一项为期两年的计划，为团队成员提供在瑞士酒店及度假村集团旗下酒店内学习和旅行的机会。

"Swissotel Challenge" 计划旨在配合每位候选人的专长，包含于每位参与者职业发展目标相一致的工作经验任务分配，将持续 6 个月。目的地和任务的选择取决于以往的经验和语言能力。

The objective of this programme is to act as an “eye opener” and it is open to our most junior colleagues displaying promising career development potential.  The programme is open to candidates who, after a year within our operations and the successful completion of the selection process, will be give an opportunity to travel and get familiar with different styles of management, cultures, and the environments in which they will be working.
