Locally produced ingredients, as well as those chosen from exclusive suppliers in Italy – extra virgin olive oil, artichokes, parmesan, pasta, wines and Prosecco – all contribute to the creation of authentic culinary dishes, whose taste you will want to return to with each visit in Poiana Brașov.
